Defining a Paragraph
You can define a paragraph element only into a paragraph list document. All content in a paragraph list document must be within paragraph elements.
To define a paragraph into a paragraph list document
- In a paragraph list document, select the paragraph(s) that you want to define as a paragraph element.
- From the Define group, select Paragraph.
Alternatively, right-click the Documaker document and select Documaker, Define Paragraph.
| Note | If you select only a portion of a paragraph, the entire paragraph will automatically be selected in the next step, and the paragraph element will be based on this entire paragraph. |
- Enter the paragraph information in the New Paragraph dialog.
- Click OK when done.
| Tip | You can also create paragraph documents which can later be included in a paragraph list in Studio. |
